terms of service and privacy policy
This service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors who have parental permission to open and maintain an account. By completing the registration process, you're agreeing to all terms and conditions of the service.
member account, password, and security
To register for the service, you must provide current, complete, and accurate information on the registration form. Remember that you're responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
usage limits: what you can do with preachingplus content
You can use all preachingplus content as it's provided, or customize it to suit your needs. Most subscribers use preachingplus as a starting point to get them inspired with their own ideas.
You can't use preachingplus content for commercial purposes. preachingplus cannot be used for Intranet and Extranet usage. You can't resell or repackage preachingplus content. Please notify preachingplus immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
preachingplus grants you a license to use this service in a single business or church; multiple users at the same location may share preachingplus.
fees
preachingplus is a subscription-based service active immediately after your credit card is approved. Your subscription is active and automatically renewed until you choose to cancel by contacting customer service. Monthly subscriptions are renewed on the first day of every month. Annual subscriptions are renewed on the first day of the month after the anniversary date of subscription.
cancellation of your preachingplus account
Cancellation is the responsibility of the subscriber. You must notify us by calling 866-329-8335, or you can e-mail us.
If you cancel, your account will expire at the end of the month in which you notify us of your cancellation.
movie/videofootage
In general, federal copyright laws do not allow the use of videos or DVDs (even ones you own) for purposes other than home viewing. Though some exceptions provide for the use of short segments of copyrighted materials for educational purposes, it's best to be on the safe side. Your church can obtain a license from the Motion Picture License Corporation for a small fee. Visit www.mplc.com or call 1-800-462-8855 for more information. When using a movie that's not covered by the license, we recommend directly contacting the movie studio to seek permission for use of the clip.
security information
preachingplus has advanced security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse or adulteration of data. These measures include Secure Socket Layer encryption and the use of a reliable firewall. Any questions or concerns about security can be addressed to the Webmaster.
privacy policy
preachingplus is committed to your privacy. We will not disclose information about you unless we believe it's necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of preachingplus; or (3) enforce the terms of service. preachingplus does provide traffic information to third parties, including its advertisers, for demographics.
use of cookies
Cookies are pieces of information a Web site transfers to your computer's hard disk for the purpose of storing your preferences on that site.
